  I recently got a Havanese who is 6 months and had no shots, tests, or anything done. So I figured I better get him in. I called and spoke over the phone with a young woman and told her he had nothing I needed to know what he needed every possible thing he could need including heart worm test, fecal test, and heart worm medication. I was quoted $140. When I got there the price magically went up to $180.-without heart worm medication. My pup came back with worms, which is fine I understand they couldn't predict he had it so didn't include that in the price. I walked out paying $222.94. And then I was told his flu shot needs a booster in 2-3 weeks that I would have to pay an additional $38 for. When I brought my concerns up and then asked to speak to a manager I was informed that I was speaking to the manager- she didn't seem like she cared that 3 totally different prices were given. When someone calls in be upfront with your prices dont jump prices when you get in. It leaves a bad taste in your mouth and makes me question if I'll be coming back to this clinic.
